Return & Refund Policy – Ayat Al Fashion

At Ayat Al Fashion, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and in line with standard practices in the United Arab Emirates fashion retail industry.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • You provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Borqa (face-covering items)
  • Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance
  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via Email or Helpline within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions
  4. Securely pack the item and arrange return shipment (as guided)

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item received

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
